These smoothies are a super quick and easy way to fast track your way to five a day! The pink smoothie is loaded with banana, raspberries and oats and the vibrant green smoothie is filled with kiwi, banana and spinach. Both taste equally as sweet (don’t let the green colour deceive you!) and are perfect for a healthy snack or as part of your breakfast.

For the Pink Smoothie:

   • 50g of frozen banana
   • 50g of frozen raspberries
   • tbsp of oats
   • 200ml of milk of your choice
 
For the Green Smoothie:
   • 50g of frozen banana
   • 50g of frozen kiwi
   • handful of spinach
   • 200ml of milk of your choice
Simply blend together until thick and creamy... - enjoy!
