What is our “No Quibbles” Guarantee?

We are proud to offer a "no quibbles" guarantee which means that if we have unfortunately made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals intact) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: Opened items can only be returned if they are faulty.

 

How do I receive a refund?

Please follow the steps below to ensure that we can deal with your refund request efficiently:

 

  1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
  2. Contact Customer Services at: customerservices@neubria.com who will provide you with a return address and an RMA Number, providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above.

 

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

 

Will I receive a refund for the delivery charges?

If you paid a delivery fee and the item you received was either faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund the delivery fee.
