How to take

Dependant on personal taste fill a glass or drinks bottle with 250-400ml of cold water, add one stick (8g) of Cognifuel, stir or shake and enjoy. Take two servings of Cognifuel daily, once at breakfast and once after lunch. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Really makes a difference

I originally purchased the sample pack and liked it so much I bought the full size. It does make a big difference in my energy levels throughout the day. I used to rely on preworkouts and energy drinks to get me through the working day and my workouts, but found they were making me too jittery and anxious to the point my eye started to twitch. I’ve found the cognifuel gives me that boost of energy and concentration throughout the day without the jittery anxious feeling. If you’re looking for an intense boost that makes your heart race and skin itch like preworkouts this isn’t for you, but if you want a boost of energy and concentration levels without the jittery anxious feeling then this is perfect!

Tasty and nutritious Cognifuel drink

I was originally sent to trial test the orange and pineapple flavoured drink earlier in the year; it was so good it convinced me to order it again! A great boost to start the day or as a pick me up in the lunchtime / early afternoon to power through for the rest of the day. Knowing I’m getting the necessary hydration along with the vitamins and minerals it’s a great addition to the daily routine.
