Keep your mind clear and mental performance sharp. The supplement for memory and focus.

Most of us don't give much thought to the health of our brains, or at least not until our memory feels a bit sluggish or our concentration wanes a bit. It might even feel like it's a bit beyond us.

Brains are such powerhouses and incredibly complex organs that we might feel like the simple things might not be enough. The good news is that scientists have shown in several studies that a healthy lifestyle and diet can positively impact how our memory and our brains age.

So, if you're going to create the best natural memory supplements, you need an optimal blend of evidence-based extracts. Our experts created the unique Clarity Botanical Complex and combined it with 22 essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients to support brain health.

Are you:

A bit concerned that your memory isn't as sharp on some days as others?

Just needing to concentrate better and recall things more quickly?

Looking to support your memory and mental performance for the long term, not just today?

You're not alone. Two in five people in our studies want to discover how to boost their mental power. Plus, research is really showing how a healthy lifestyle supports brain health into later life. We all want to get the most out of all our days.

So how do we set ourselves up to do that for as long as possible? That was one of the questions we set out to answer when we created Neubria Spark.

A caffeine-free supplement for memory and focus.

Improvements to your focus and concentration.

A daily vitamin blend to support physical and mental health.

A vegan-friendly supplement.

Losing our keys, forgetting someone's name or birthday… these kinds of memory lapses can happen at any age, particularly when life is hectic. As we age, these kinds of lapses are part of the normal changes in the brain's structure and functioning.

Our brain's hippocampus is the centre for memory and learning. It can grow new cells, and researchers know now that it continues to regenerate throughout our lives. So it makes sense that we keep on trying to do our best to support our brain health. Most of us don't give much thought to the health of our brains, though, or at least not until our memory feels a bit sluggish or our concentration wanes a bit.

It might even feel like it's a bit beyond us. Brains are such powerhouses and incredibly complex organs that we might feel like the simple things might not be enough. The good news is that scientists have shown in several studies that a healthy lifestyle and diet can positively impact how our memory and our brains age.

But if you're going to create the best natural memory supplements, you need an optimal blend of evidence-based extracts. Our experts created the unique Clarity Botanical Complex and combined it with 22 essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients to support brain health.

To support better focus, concentration, memory, and cognitive performance, our experts focused their research on established ingredients with solid results on improvements in those areas. The unique blend in Spark is:

Clarity Botanical Complex

This is a powerful blend of established ingredients known to support memory and cognitive functions. It includes Turmeric, Bacopa Monnieri extract, Rhodiola Rosea, Rosemary, Sage, Ginkgo Biloba and Ashwagandha. Our experts looked at trials from around the world on each of these and the benefits they have. It was then a case of finding the right blend of each one.

Turmeric Extract (Curcumin)

A spicy ingredient you'll probably be used to in Indian food or a latte, Turmeric is packed with curcuminoids. These bioactive compounds have been scientifically proven to have medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory properties, as well as supporting the nervous system. Recent studies have shown it has a positive effect on working memory and attention.

Sage

Many of us might have a pot of this growing somewhere close by. Not only delicious in the right recipe, clinical trials have shown it can help you maintain your working memory and good cognitive function. It can also improve your concentration and improves your overall brain performance if you take it every day.

Rosemary

Another popular cooking ingredient, it's long been known as the herb of remembrance. Scientific research is now supporting this and showing it can help to improve our memory. Scientists are still not sure exactly how it works, but the results make it a natural to include in any supplements for memory and focus.

Ginkgo Biloba

We think this is probably one of the best-known ingredients for memory and brain health. It helps to maintain good cognitive function and improves your mental performance. It contains powerful antioxidants to boost your brain health naturally. Trials have shown it improving working memory, particularly in the over 50s.

Ashwagandha Root Extract

A well established Ayurvedic herb, practitioners use it to improve memory. Scientific studies are now confirming those properties, with trial participants showing improvements in their immediate and general memory, as well as their focus and attention. With such promising results, our experts considered it essential to include in supplement for a sharp mind.

Citicoline

Already widely prescribed in Europe as CDP choline for its positive effect on mood, citicoline studies are also looking at its memory benefits. The results have been positive across several studies for enhancing brain performance.

Taking 2 Spark capsules a day with a meal will help support your long term brain and memory health, as well as overall physical and mental wellbeing.

Supplements aren't short term answers, though, and aren't a replacement for a healthy, balanced approach to life. It takes about 3 to 4 weeks of taking Spark every day for most people to notice a difference.

The other things we can all do to boost our memory include:

Get a good night's sleep – getting enough sleep is not an indulgence. We must allow our brains to rest. When you're asleep, your brain brings all your memories together, removes toxic debris and repairs itself. Not getting enough sleep, and not enough good quality sleep, affects our memory and our creativity, judgment, and attention. Our food choices, how stressed we feel, even the amount of light getting into our bedrooms all affect our sleep. Set yourself a routine to help support getting the recommended seven to nine hours a night your body and brain needs.

Keep ourselves well hydrated – our brains are 73% water. It only takes 2% dehydration to reduce our memory, attention and other cognitive functions. What you drink is as important as how much. Both caffeine and alcohol are dehydrating, so ideally, get your recommended two litres a day through water and unsweetened herbal or green tea.

Get active – physical activity is just as crucial for our brain health as it is for the rest of our physical and mental health. It doesn't have to be strenuous to be good for you. The Ancient Greeks made the connection between walking and better thinking. Researchers have proved that outdoor activity increases our vitality, enthusiasm, pleasure and self-esteem. It also helps to lower tension, fatigue and depression. So if you can fit nothing else in, get a walk outside and feel the benefits.

Give ourselves a mental workout – there are lots of "brain training" programmes out there, created specifically to improve your memory. But there's plenty of other things you can do, with craft hobbies like sewing and woodwork also being a brilliant brain workout. Writing yourself lists and notes mean you're more likely to remember them than if you tap them into a device.

Take the right supplements – a healthy diet on its own isn't necessarily enough for brain health. Processed food, depleted soil, stress and pollution are just a few of the unavoidable factors in modern life that make it harder to get all the nutrients we need from our food. And despite well-documented benefits, very few of us get the recommended weekly amount of oily fish in our diet to get enough omega 3 fatty acids. If you're going to start taking Neubria Spark, that gives you the 22 vitamins and minerals recommended for each day, and you could take something like our Krill Oil to get your Omega 3 fatty acid intake.

Practice meditation, tai chi or yoga – all of these have been shown to provide significant mind-body benefits. Combine them with any of the other suggestions, and you're beginning to have a real brain health routine, not to mention the other physical and mental benefits.

Give up smoking – if you've got a two packs or more a day habit, researchers have shown you're being detrimental to the health of your brain. There's really not an aspect of your health, brain, physical or mental, that won't be better off if you manage to kick the habit.

Spark Memory multivitamin

This nootropic/multivitamin seems okay - it's hard to tell for sure if it actually improves memory without some kind if testing on myself, but it seems to help, so I think it's worth taking. Since it works as an all-you-need vitamin supplement anyway there's no reason not to take it just for that!
