Neubria Great For Sleep /ADHD

I was sceptical of buying neubria. Having adhd I have struggled in recent years with sleep and relied on melatonin but took it for too long which apparently is not good. Having come off of it I was doing all the right things but still struggling.

However neubria is unlike anything else I've tried. It makes me extremely tired in a good way within an hour. I was sleeping and waking up for toilet most nights and waking up multiple times but since neubria (been about 3 weeks now) I sleep so much better. Some nights I don't wake at all and have gone from 7ish hours broken sleep with longest stretch normally of 3-5hours uninterrupted to 5 hours uninterrupted which is a BIG difference for me. I feel so much better and not worrying about sleep anymore.

No side effects and feel fine next day

Brilliant product
